As well as the clinics and camps delivered by Kate, we regularly bring leading Australian and international horsemanship professionals and equine experts to our community.
Our workshops and clinics cover a diverse range of topics, from horsemanship and pack saddling to horse health, human wellbeing, and practical skills that support both horse and rider.
All our clinics are intimate, experiential events, designed to give you and your horse the optimum environment to grow and learn.
Wild Roots

2 Day Foundation Clinic.
This clinic is designed to refine communication and nurture curiosity between you and your horse. Whether you work from the ground, in the saddle, or a combination of both, every exercise is tailored to meet you and your horse where you are, making the clinic suitable for all levels of experience.
Together, we’ll build a strong foundation through purposeful groundwork that deepens your connection, improves communication, and develops skills that transition seamlessly to ridden work. If you and your horse are ready, we’ll progress into the saddle. If not, we’ll continue to advance your groundwork, ensuring you leave with confidence, clarity, and practical tools to continue your journey at home.
Wild Tracks

2 Day confidence on the trail clinic
Build confidence. Develop partnership. Explore beyond the arena.
Trail riding should feel enjoyable, not intimidating. Whether you’re introducing a young horse to the trail, rebuilding confidence after a setback, or simply wanting to become a more capable trail partner, Wild Tracks is designed to give you and your horse the skills to explore with confidence.
Through a combination of practical horsemanship, theory sessions, and real-world trail experiences, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how horses perceive, process and respond to the world around them. This knowledge helps you recognise what your horse is experiencing, make informed decisions, and build confidence through understanding rather than simply exposure.
Together we’ll develop calm, responsive horses and thoughtful, confident riders by working through natural obstacles, varied terrain and everyday trail situations at a pace that suits each partnership.
Our goal isn’t simply to get down the trail—it’s to help you understand your horse, build trust, communicate clearly, and enjoy every adventure together.
Suitable for horses and riders of all experience levels, with exercises adapted to meet individual goals.
Confidence isn’t about creating a horse that never feels uncertain. It’s about building a partnership that can navigate uncertainty together.

Designed to preserve and promote the age-old art of pack saddling, this workshop provides the knowledge and practical experience to help you confidently begin your own pack horse adventures.
The Pack Saddling Pathway

3 Clinic Series
For those who dream of exploring beyond the fences and arenas, the Pack Saddling Pathway is a structured three-clinic journey designed to prepare you and your horses for safe, confident travel in wild places.
Through a combination of practical horsemanship, pack saddling, bushcraft and real-world trekking experience, you’ll learn how to build a reliable trekking team capable of carrying you into the backcountry.
Each clinic builds on the last, with 4–6 weeks between clinics to practise, refine your skills and develop your horses at home. Along the way, you’ll be supported with weekly Zoom sessions, comprehensive workbooks and practical homework to keep you progressing with confidence.
The Pathway is designed to create independence, not dependence. Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to safely pursue your own adventures—whether that’s a weekend wilderness camp or a multi-day trek into the wild.

Dressage In The Bush
3 Day Immersive Clinic
Creating Collected, Calm Horses for Trails and Treks with Gentle and Ethical Methods.
This clinic gets OUT of the arena and AMONGST the natural splendour of the Australian Bush.
– Without over-facing the horses
– Gradual steps to build your confidence
This clinic explores Trail Riding as an advanced skill, not as something those who “can’t compete” fall back on. We explore ways to maintain healthy posture and self carriage over long distances and variable terrain, and to establish safe horses we communicate successfully with, in the absense of intimidation and coercion.
Suitable for ridden and non-ridden participants. Limited lease horses are available. Horses should have established ground handling, halter skills, and the ability to learn in calm but dynamic environments. A moderate level of fitness is required for both horse and human.
Fully catered, with camping, caravanning, and bunkhouse accommodation available. Expect expert demonstrations, supportive instruction, gradual progression, campfires, and a true taste of Australian heritage. Auditors welcome.
